Nippon Travel Agency has secured a sufficient number of rooms in a variety of hotels for the period of the Conference, taking into consideration the needs and budgets of the participants.
A special rate is being offered to conference participants. These special conference rates will not apply to participants making reservations directly with the hotel.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations and amendments can be made in above mentioned reservation system automatically. After the system is closed, it should be notified in writing (email or fax) to Nippon Travel Agency (NTA) during the business hours.

Reservations cancelled will be subject to the following cancellation charge:
7-4 days prior to check-in date ---- 20% of first night's room charge
3 days or less prior to check-in date ---- 100% of first night's room charge
No show 100% x night(s) of no-show
